Operators will be trained or assessed in the safe use of a Gantry Crane and associated lifting accessories. The course comprises classroom based review and discussion of legislation, responsibilities, equipment and techniques used although emphasis will be placed on practical demonstrations and exercises using the overhead crane to underpin learning outcomes.
